How Brave New World handles the information you share with us.
Brave New World® is a trading name of Brave London Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 12978793. Our working address is Suite A, 31 Long Acre, Covent Garden, London WC2E 9LA.
The brief form on the contact page is provided by HubSpot, a third-party form and CRM platform. When you submit it, your name, email address and whatever you chose to tell us about the project are sent to HubSpot's EU data centre and held there on our behalf as ordinary business correspondence. We use it only to reply to you and to scope the work; we do not sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Business correspondence is retained for as long as it serves a business or legal purpose, then deleted.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch via our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics of its own. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so loading a page makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. The HubSpot form on the contact page may set a HubSpot cookie to recognise repeat visits and attribute submissions; see HubSpot's privacy policy for how they process this data. If any of this changes, this page changes first.
