Seden Gürcü co-founded Brave New World® in London in 2023 with her brother Serhat Gürcü and leads the agency. She is also a co-founder of ADIN.AI, the sister company whose AI marketing platform was named Türkiye's fastest-growing technology company by Deloitte in 2025.
After the London School of Economics she built global brands at Leo Burnett, where she rose to client services director, then at Monster and at Youth Republic, where she was vice president. In 2015 she co-founded YouthWorks (YW) in Istanbul with Serhat. Two decades of building global brands, now through AI agents.
She has been named to Fast Company's Female Founders 100 five years running and is a Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2026 finalist (Equity-Backed Entrepreneur of the Year). LinkedIn ↗
